Angajatorul de vis

Ce iti doresti atunci cand vrei sa te angajezi ?

Sa stii ce ti se cere, sa stii calificarile, sa stii cate ceva despre angajator, si eventual o marja de salariu.

Iata un exemplu de vis:

Nu am scris in rosu zonele de deasupra degeaba. In primul rand ca exista o contrazicere clara intre descrierea jobului de la inceput (entry level, fara experienta sau experienta de pana in 3 ani) si descrierea in care se cere in clar : – at least 3 years experience in SEO.

Cat credeti ca ofera angajatorul salariu ?! Un om care sa aiba 3 ani de experienta, cu responsabilitati, etc.

Superb! Hai sa vedem cine e in stare de o oferta atat de bine pusa la punct. Supriza! Angajatorul este … confidential. Normal, nu oricine si-ar dori sa isi puna numele pe o oferta de cacat in care cere multe si ofera penibil de putine. Tipul asta de oameni care nu realizeaza penibilitatea situatiei in care pun un posibil angajat de la care cer experienta, cer sa isi asume responsabilitati si sa faca multi-tasking, sunt angajatorii de vis ai Romaniei.

Nu gasesc omul pe care si-l doresc, pentru ca nimeni in toate mintile care are experienta ceruta nu se baga in seama la responsabilitatile alea pentru banii aia, angajeaza eventual un junior care stie putine si apoi da faliment si se intreaba (retoric evident) de ce.
