De cand ma aflu in Danemarca, aproape ca nu trece o zi fara sa ma intreb de ce alearga danezii ca nebunii. Tineri, batrani, grasi, slabi, pe ploaie vant sau ninsoare ei alearga.
In mod normal pot sa inteleg exercitiul fizic in afara salii cand esti gras, cand ai probleme de sanatate, etc …
Dar cand tu esti un bat de om de 75 de ani … de ce naiba alergi ?
